Job Description:

5-7 years experience required. Certified Project Manager (PMP). Works with minimum supervision; assignments broad in nature; performs work that is complex and varied; defines and discerns key aspects of a problem and develops an integrated solution within broad technical and business context. Requires technical and business knowledge in multiple disciplines/processes. May provided guidance/training to junior staff. Possesses and applies a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of a particular field of specialization to the completion of moderately difficult assignments. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field of work or equivalent work experience. "Has read the book and is fully competent in all aspects." "Soft Skills" needed for all positions: Ability to flourish in an ambiguous environment. Ability to communicate effectively with senior management. Proven experience with complex business and technical analysis. Proven capability to quickly grasp new processes and technologies. Proven performance in a highly inter-dependent team environment. Proven performance working independently. Verifiable references for satisfactory work performance. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Responsibilities:

Environment Planning ? coordinate performance test environment set-up (Code, Data, Infrastructure configurations).

? Support the environment coordination for planning, monitoring, and control of performance testing activities and tasks.

? Ensure environment resources are allocated for scheduled performance tests. Manage environment utilization and relevant stakeholder availability for tests.

? Represent environment considerations in the scheduling of performance test; negotiate with relevant stakeholders to ensure resource availability; maintain environment calendars. Stakeholder Coordination ? work with Performance testing team to identify and schedule testing windows for portfolio test environments.

? 0Coordinate collaboration between National IT and Application Development capturing and communicating test objectives, policy impacts, strategies and plans.

? Assist in the estimation and consolidation of summaries tasks and the availability of team resources for performance tests.

? Schedule performance tests for execution.

? Assist in monitoring, measuring, control and reporting on performance test progress, the product quality status and results, adapting the environment schedules to support the plan and compensating as needed to adjust to evolving conditions.

? Assist in the tracking and resolution of issues either directly with National IT or with Application Infrastructure Coordinators. Environment Performance Reporting - Develop tools and utilities to manage and communicate environment needs/status for performance testing.

? Support the infrastructure needs in the analysis, design and implementation of test procedures and test suites; track efforts with application infrastructure coordinators and national IT.

? Develop environment status manifest for proper configuration management of testware; manage traceability of tests to performance test basis.
