Job Description:

This is a great opportunity for an Executive Administrative Assistant looking for a real opportunity to grow! This position is a great fit for someone who is detail oriented, organized, tech savvy and able to handle multiple tasks at once. You will be providing support to the Senior Vice President, Senior Managers, Practice Managers and CX team. This requires the ability to handle a heavy calendering schedule for multiple Senior Executives with complex, changing schedules across multiple time zones as well as coordinating travel and related expense reports. You will prepare correspondences, receive visitors, schedule meetings and follow up, arrange conference calls and provide support for larger projects. You will be comfortable wearing many hats and helping the team with various responsibilities such as on-boarding, office functions, special events and work closely with both internal and external customers.



Qualifications:


- 3+ years of Administrative Support experience


- Excellent communication and follow thru


- Professional demeanor


- Ability to foresee issues before they arrive and problem solve with little direction


- Be able to coordinate and prioritize multiple work projects under strict deadlines and under pressure


- Have initiative and good judgment


- Tech savvy and troubleshoot PC and Mac issues


- On boarding and logistics
